The capacity of the world's first synthetic gasoline plant to be increased
14.07.2022

The world's first plant for the production of gasoline from natural gas, built in the Akhal region of Turkmenistan, fulfilled the plan by 120.8% over the past six months.

However, in order to increase the production capacity of the unique industrial complex, it is necessary, in addition to the existing ones, to build additional large storage facilities.

This proposal was made by Deputy Prime Minister Charymyrat Purchekov during a government meeting held on Wednesday.

The head of the Turkmen state, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, supported this initiative.

A large industrial complex for the production of synthetic gasoline from gas was put into operation three years ago - on June 28, 2019. It produces ECO-93 gasoline, liquefied gas and other highly liquid products.
