Two thousand tons of liquefied gas, previously sent by Turkmenistan to Kyrgyzstan as humanitarian aid, have been delivered to Bishkek on 58 wagons. The humanitarian fuel cargo was met by representatives of state agencies of the republic, Vesti.kg reported.
Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic Atabek Abylgaziev accepted the humanitarian cargo and expressed gratitude to the leadership of Turkmenistan for the aid sent.
Earlier, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the provision of fraternal aid, having addressed relevant instructions to the relevant structures. An accident at a thermal power plant in Kyrgyzstan led to power outages in 60,000 flats and social infrastructure facilities.
